Welcome to Transform Your Life. I’m Liz and I’m a fully qualified and registered hypnotherapist and life coach. I am passionate about mental health and I have a sound understanding of the workings of the mind. With over 20 years’ experience of working in the NHS and Education Sector, I bring a broad and unique skill-set to my work with clients, having supported children, adolescents and adults to find solutions to their problems and live life to the full

Hypnotherapy works by helping you to take control of your life by allowing you to relax your conscious mind and access the resources of your unconsious. Connect with yourself on a whole new level, decrease stress and anxiety and overcome your problems permanently. The hypnotherapy I offer is integrative, solution-focused and person-centred which enables me to offer a unique, personalised service, tailored to your specific needs.

The situation with the pandemic is causing difficulties for many people. If you are suffering from anxiety or anxiety related issues, then online hypnotherapy can help. I am offering Zoom/Skype sessions which has been shown to be as effective as face-to-face therapy, with the added comfort of being able to access hypnotherapy from your own home.

Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is the treatment and healing of a variety of different psychological and physiological symptoms through the use of trance which can be compared to deep relaxation. 

We all experience a certain degree of hypnosis or trance on a daily basis. Have you ever day-dreamed or got lost in your thoughts? Or suddenly arrived somewhere and not been aware of the journey? These are examples of an altered state of awareness, which is exactly what hypnosis is. 

I believe you have all the resources you need to heal yourself and you hold all the answers that you seek too, you just need some help to access them. That is where I come in, guiding you to connect with yourself in a new way to uncover your strengths and bring about positive and lasting changes in your life.

Hypnotherapy can help you to release whatever is holding you back, heal from hurt and pain, resolve conflict and find peace within yourself. It can be used to safety go back into the past and heal the damage there and it allows access to resources and strategies that will help you to move forward with your life.

It is usually the case that clients experience benefits in all areas of their lives, not just what they originally wanted to work on, and daily living gets easier with improved sleep, confidence and general wellbeing.

Past Life Therapies

Past Life Therapy is a branch of hypnotherapy that requires rigorous further training to become a practitioner. I have qualified to the highest level of this training, holding an advanced diploma.

Past Life Therapies utilise hypnosis and visualisation procedures similar to those used in some types of meditation. Past Life Therapy is effective regardless of personal beliefs. 

Past Life Regression is a journey to uncover memories and events that are hidden from normal consciousness. Accessing these memories facilitates healing from past experiences that are impacting on your present life. 

Future Life Therapy is a journey to explore possible future lives. If you  are facing a tough decision or are unsure of which path to take, this technique enables you to explore options, in order to inform your decision.

Inter-life or Life Between Lives therapy is a a journey to connect with your soul and enhance the spiritual side of your life. This profound experience can remove fear of death, increase  hope, give a sense of purpose and facilitate insight and understanding of oneself.
