What is Hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy is the treatment and healing of a variety of different psychological and physiological symptoms through the use of trance or deep relaxation. What does it feel like?

When administered by a professionally trained and skilled Hypnotherapist the benefits are long lasting and often permanent. During hypnosis, you will be aware of what is happening: most people do not “feel hypnotised.” You are in control but your mind shifts to an altered state of consciousness which allows unconscious processes to come to light and powerful change can be made at this level.
Most people feel incredibly relaxed during the trance, it is like a deep meditation and I act as your guide. Some people experience a kind of floating feeling, others feel like they are in a protective bubble. Each person’s experience is different, reflecting the unique nature of every individual.
